Kabul Center
for Strategic Studies
Parliamentary Research Service is a major project of Kabul Center for Strategic Studies. PRS provides non-partisan, non-sectarian, non-communitarian issue briefings and analysis to the newly-established national parliament of Afghanistan.
Using our policy papers and briefings, lawmakers can make informed decisions regarding the legislation and policies they are tasked with drafting and enacting.
Any and every inquiry from or exchange with any member of Afghanistan’s parliament is held in the strictest confidence. Each lawmaker has equal access to our experts, is free to challenge our research, make additional inquiries, with full confidence that such inquiries and challenges will be kept confidential.
As with all of our research at KCSS, the information and analysis we produce at PRS will meet the highest standards humanly possible of objectivity, accuracy, and fairness.
PRS uses an interdisciplinary approach, consulting experts from all of Afghanistan’s constituencies to provide non-biased assessments of Afghan law and domestic policy.
