Six years after the fall of the Taliban, peace and security continue to elude Afghanistan.

Three decades of recent Afghan history have convinced us that domestic conflict management is critical.  Unmanaged, domestic conflict can bring down  the central government.

Afghans must urgently find ways to counter insurgent elements and stabilize the country.

Afghans  need to come together and create opportunities for each other off the battlefield - at the negotiating table, in board rooms, and in politics.

Only when we can peaceably settle our differences will we be able to create the economic opportunities and infrastructure we all dream of having.

Only by respecting each others integrity and beliefs can we access our combined talents, enterprise, and genius, and create a future that we can be proud to hand down to our children and grandchildren.

Program Highlights:

Try and find ways to come together off the battlefield

Create structures to try and gain insight into possible solutions

Design programs to help strengthen Afghan security forces
